This isn’t my old neighbourhood, but it’s only a few tube stops away from my old neighbourhood. My neighbourhood was less photogenic and less distinctive.
I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I adopted a slightly different colour palette for London. London isn’t as far away from Antarctica as Mars is, but it’s not close, either.

Panel 2: The train pulls away above quiet pedestrian streets and below a raised highway.
Panel 3: The Docklands has ancient, disused waterways lined with hundreds of years worth of tall buildings.
Panel 4: There are ducks in the canal and quiet brick, stone, and concrete enclaves for people to spend time in.
Panel 5: The girls approach a row house, brand new in our time but ancient and well-lived-in in theirs. Zaynab: "Okay, Maida. Are you done hugging trees and feeling up the grass? Maida: "For now." Nat: "Ha ha! Everyfing I said about you in those videos was true. Remember those videos I made?"
