Panel 1: Tahmaseb: "See ya round, mate."
Panel 2 and 3: Maida lays down at the feet of the statue of Sonder Khemani, looking up at him. He appears to be sitting up from a throne, reaching up to a dove that's landing on his finger. He towers over her. Actual pigeons land on his shoulders, much smaller than the stone bird.
Panel 4: Maida is crying. Narrator: "Selfish jerk. He's right. We both are. I never should have kissed him."
Panel 5: She turns her head when she hears a bouncing sound.
