Panel 2: Zaynab pulls back so she can look at Maida. Zaynab: "You look awful!" Maida: "Gee, thanks." Zaynab: "Quick! Come inside."
Panel 3: Zaynab's mum and dad are waiting for them inside. Zaynab takes her hijab off her head. Maida doesn't. Maida: Um. Hi. Auntie. Uncle." Zaynab's mum: "Maida!" Zaynab's dad, gesturing for her to come inside: "Come in! Come in!"
Panel 4: Zaynab's mum: "Our 'ouse is modest, but we could never turn away someone in need, innit!"
Panel 5: Maida: Thank you both so much. I really don't want to be a burden."
Panel 6: She takes her shoes off and Zaynab takes her bag. Maida: "Even letting me stay here will probably end up on your sin sheets."
Panel 7: Zaynab's dad: "Pshaw! Who left the government in charge of tracking our sins? That's what I want to know!"
