Alright. This is the second week without a new page. I guess that means Phobos and Deimos is on hiatus? Hopefully this won’t be a long hiatus. I need to do some urgent rewriting on a section that starts on the next page, and I’m not 100% on how long that will take to get started. Although once it starts, it should be fast.
Sorry. Writing is hard sometimes.
Panel 2: He's dragged by the arms by two Kakure through a spaceship interior.
Panel 3: He sees one Kakure with an antlered demon mask bargaining with another stranger in a hood. Up and down are meaningless now, in zero gravity. They're upside down or we might be.
Panel 4: The stranger has mottled skin and an orange, bushy beard. He's not a Kakure.
Panel 5: Ibrahim is held against a medical table and two of these strangers cut off his clothes and hook him up to a breathing apparatus.
Panel 6: Ibrahim's skeleton, in X-ray, is stretched and distorted.
That’s fair! I hope you can get things going again soon, though, because I’ve been really enjoying this comic (admittedly, while occasionally also wincing as reality scoots closer to dystopia, but, like, good fiction is one way of changing impending dystopias per George Orwell and co., so…)(but we want our authors and artists and good humans to survive rather than burning out, so there is that as well).
Thanks! It really is just the next scene that I’m not ready to draw yet. I’ve been drawing a bunch of pages after that part in the meantime, so once I’m able to post pages again, I should be able to run uninterrupted for a good long while.
