Oh boy, I haven’t quite been keeping track. I realize Ibrahim likely means a child in a partially metaphorical sense (ie forced to grow up). But- how long has she been here now? And how old was he when they were separated?
It’s been, I think, over two years since the scene where they were separated at the train station on Mars. Maida was about 14 then and is 16 now, and Ibrahim was about 11 and is about 13 (in Earth years). So he’s still a kid, but it’s been a long trip for him to get here.
